Sedona is within an hour's drive from Prescott and its famous red rock landscape deserves to be explored up close and personal - on foot. There are countless trails to choose from, varying greatly in length and difficulty. All can be explored on your own, but there are numerous companies that offer guided tours that can greatly enhance your outdoor experience. For those of you who prefer to be chauffeured around, there are plenty of driven sightseeing tours to choose from. The most memorable by far are the jeep tours that offer everything from outright thrill rides to more reverent natural and native history tours. Also not to be missed is the Sedona Arts Center.
